London wedding cake maker - HJ Wedding Cakes

Dear Helen,

I am writing to formally thank you once again for the wonderful work you did to produce such a splendid cake for my niece's wedding earlier this month. The cake was stunning, and was much admired by all the wedding guests. I really cannot thank you enough for all the care, attention to detail and sheer artistic flair that you demonstrated in icing the cake so beautifully.

It was also a pleasure to deal with someone who was so accommodating and helpful, and I look forward to seeking your help in future with other celebratory cakes.

I have not yet received any of the photographs I took of the cake, but as soon as I have received the developed films, I will forward some copies to you.

You designed two cakes for my Dad's 65th and Retirement party on 24 May (newspaper and figures 65). I just wanted to say a big, big thank you for what you did. The cakes were beautiful!!! At the restaurant there was another family also hosting a birthday party and everyone was so envious of your cakes! I even got one comment from a guest from the other party stating our cake was his! (cheek!) Anyway, we took lots of photos of the cakes and then we cut them up and served them to our family and packed some for everyone to take home too. They tasted absolutely delicious and not a hint of dryness! Thank you so much for all the hard work you put in! I've kept the decorations you made (1 guest took a pot of paint as a souvenir) and the ribbons.

Thank you again; you do a brilliant job and when the next special occasion comes up and I need a cake I will definitely call on you and I will recommend you to anyone I know as well. Thank you again and I wish you al the very best.

Many thanks for the truly stunning cake you made for my Mother's 50th, she loved it and so did all the guests at the party. It is the nicest tasting sponge we have ever had and the flowers are amazing. Thank you!! Hope that things are a bit better with you now.

My husband and I would like to say Thank You very much indeed for making our Wedding Cake for us - Saturday 16 August, 2003. You were very helpful and friendly when we came to see you. After looking through many designs we chose the one we liked best and you adapted that for us! You made it exactly how we imagined it! With exact colours and flowers matching my bouquet. We especially liked the figures of the Bride and Groom! They were very life like and something we can keep along with the sugar flowers. It tasted great too!

Thank you for such a lovely engagement cake. It brought tears to my eyes. I will let you know when the wedding is.

I just wanted to say thank you for our wedding cake, we both thought it was beautiful, as did our guests. The sprays were unbelievable they must have taken so much time to make. They were the talking point for some time because they are so lovely. I have them in my unit on display at home. The cake was delicious Helen.
