 Great
care is taken in the designing of your cake. All the
decorations are hand crafted, for example, on a wedding
cake we like the sugar flower bouquets to mirror the
bride's bouquet. Every decoration is made with a sugar
paste which sets hard and with care, can be kept for
many years as a memento of your special day.
Modelling paste is a very versatile medium and almost
anything can be made from it. We use it to incorporate
interests, jobs and hobbies on to your cake.
You can see an example of how this can be used on the
novelty cake page. Helen Jane painted a picture
of the exact model of a car that a gentleman was receiving
for his birthday present!
